Growing up my grandma always insisted we use lemon to scrub our armpits before taking a shower , as we did not use deodorant in those days and we didn’t smell ! And now as a grown woman I use the combination of lemon, baking soda and sea salt for clearer skin in the pits , ones or twice a week works wonders.

I have severe acute multiple chemical sensitivity which hinders me from living a normal life I never even knew I had allergies since I was little my mom used to tell me that Id eat anything with lemons,
Which she actually made me stop eating because she said too much lemons were bad for me which was an old wives tale that she was also told...
I was always told how my skin glowed had an abundance of energy and even though I was constantly swollen I just thought I had chubby cheeks.
I had a very active life and was always slender and I always had full-course meals plus snacks LOL up to a point where A friend of my step father's daughter had an eating disorder and he was concerned that I might have the same problem since I ate so much and was always so thin.
Now my mom believes in lemons, it took her 30 years to get with the program,
Needless to say doctors can't offer me any solution to my problem nor why it exist going back to my old habits I had as a child was the only thing that really helped me besides limiting toxins and refraining from any allergic triggera in my life the best I can.

it was the only reason I ever watch this video


Everyday is a challenge but I can honestly say when doctors told me only I can get worse this did help make me feel better than anybody whose severely sick knows that any pain or suffering less than the day before is better than nothing!
