Well I've just had my first try with a glue gun. After a while no glue came out so I cut off the stick with a knife and pulled it out. Put a new stick in, pulled the trigger and a big blob of glue fell on the carpet which I automatically picked up.
I've got what looks like cobwebs everywhere. I'm going to train a spider to do my gluing with silk in exchange for a ready supply of flies.

1:55 As someone who consistently does crafts with hot glue it is a lot more difficult to peel hot glue off of fabric then this video is showing, I will be editing this comment throughout watching this video and giving criticism where I think it’s due.
Edit 1: 9:05 what if you forgot you were wearing those shoes or ended up making them hand me downs and forgot about that or just wearing them in general I find incredibly unsafe and creepy.
Edit 2: 14:12 never do this though they may make it look safe, this could one possibly start a fire or ruin your hot glue gun and two it’s just in general not smart and there are other ways to get a stable phone case with that design out of hot glue
