MV*:
School is where my depression started and where my creativity is getting ended. Some will understand my words :'(

Its been a year and a half ago since posting this comment and tbh I'm actually enjoying life right now, I'm now in college and I started working out more weekly and jogging and really somehow the exercise distracted me and gave more energy and because of that extra energy I was able to work harder in school. But yeah, I can't deny my creativity has probably depleted. And really with the school system of today you can't escape the social system. And the social system in a class today is really sh**, because everyone has a personal social media account. I also started getting depressed, because of the music industry. So many depressed artists openly singing about taking drugs. And I learned that different frequencies in music can affect your emotions, but its logical its why music can 'sound' sad or happy or cool. People don't understand you CAN escape the depressed music, by just putting a full stop on listening to the music. What you really need is energy and a hobby. And a future job or business around that hobby. Life is a ride and if you don't enjoy it now, you'll never be able to enjoy it. Last thing, don't watch the mainstream media anymore its worthless, fear mongering and won't get you further in life. Read books and just accept the obstacles in life and you'll enjoy it much more. In the time when everyone is looking at their social media, you should be the change and delete all your social media accounts.

Also less depressed, because of Wim Hof. I now take cold showers everytime and they somehow cure my depression and anxiety I had; Because I've mastered the instant cold shower these were the easy steps I took:
1. Don't think about a cold shower before you go in one, focus on something entirely else.
2. Breathe in deep and breathe out deep and you can now turn on the cold shower
3. The trick is to never focus on the cold shower, but to focus on breathing and being grateful to experience such an energy rush. It will wake you up from anything. It wakes you up from reality or it just excites reality.

Sleep you WILL need no matter what, don't work late hours. I know all these motivational video's say work hard through the night. But really I have tried this and its just stupid. If you go on time to bed the next morning you'll be able to wake up earlier and be more productive, because of the energy put into focus. So just exercise first then take a cold shower and voila you have the energy to work hard till 10-11 PM. Going to bed on time= more energy= more productivity= more results= more happiness in life.
At last I got a few mental tips:
1. Don't return evil of evil, because karma will come to those that are evil.
2. Always help people when they ask, because you never will know when you might need theirs.
3. Work hard, but 'also' smart.
4. Don't dare to ask questions in class.
5. If you've successfully followed these tips, you probably are not following the crowd and I respect that.
6. Its best to stay under the radar, the more you speak the dumber you get, think more speak less. And observe and you will find out my tips will make a change.
7. Don't use bluetooth or don't be on your phone for too long as the radio frequency radiation will make you tired, lazy, anxious to do anything, experience has taught me this.
8. Don't ever take revenge, remember that will come to people who have been evil someway or another. And you don't want to be the target of that karma.

Peace in! And never throw the peace out!

Do schools kill creativity? Making an entire class write something they have no interest in and forcing them to have X amount of words. Yes. I would say it does. It kills the want to learn.

"why we don't teach dance as often as mathematics"
Wow, that question makes the mind to stop...i never thought about it, in fact dance is more important than math, helps you to remain happy and alive, and avoid seriousness...and get in touch with your body's energy.

Je************:

It kills a child’s imagination, happiness, and will to live or is that just 70% of the kids at my junior high?

I was just saying that kids tend to know what they want to be when they grow up.
High school kids don't have a clue.
That is evidence that there is something wrong with our system.

This really struck a chord with me. At 9 years old I blew my school bank account (3 years savings) on a guitar. Much to the dismay of my parents.

Years later careers interview at school I said I wanted to become a guitarist.
.. how about joiner ?
No I want to be a guitarist.
... well what's the chances of that around here? She said.
Ok put me down for a fitter

Some things you try to escape, and they pull you back down.
Of course I learned ' another brick in the wall'

My personal life has been music ..the only escape. The only freedom

This touched my heart .. hes a good man
