Ph********:

This has to be the funniest TED talk I've seen. Not self-important, all sorts of weird stuff, and she delivers it so well.

St*****:

I'm not the only person here that developed a crush on this woman? At first I didn't really think much of her, but as she spoke and her jokes, facts, intelligence shown, I thought wow she's really lovely, she's a true geek, that obscure thoughts, always the best type!

Aq*******************:

Says my husband after watching this video: "This is SOW EXCITING!"

Be**************:

This totally rocks! This is some serious educational comedy!

Bo*******:
Clever, funny, open minded, rigouress and charming. I think I am in love !

AC**************:
I love Mary Roach!

Fu******:
This woman reminds me so much of Phoebe Buffay!

Ev*******:

i like her confidence, makes her speech so fascinating

De*********:

Your delivery was on point. Your sense of humor , with the giggling about what you know you are about to say before the punchline , was fabulous. Your smiling and preemptive giggles are contagious. I think that you are awesome. Can we be neighbors?

Lu********:
TED is so random, one minute ago I was watching a TED talk about photo manipulation and now...now I'm watching this

Er*********:
I can't wait to look up more from this woman, she is amazing!

jo*********:

EYEBROW! Larry Miller said it best concerning women/men, "It's like the difference between shooting a bullet and throwing it."

An********:
Besides her subject matter being interesting, I find her casual presentation skills to be so engaging!

DJ******:

That had to be difficult to do and keep your composure.

si**********:
It's interesting to observe her body language and almost hyper-kineticism...most definitely the subject matter and perhaps her way of dispersing "the sexual tension".

DD***:
YOU HAVE THE GREATEST SMILE YOUR TEETH ARE PERFECT! YOUR SURE ENJOY BRUSHING YOUR TEETH..

OMG OMG OMG OH OH.OH GOD!
THANK YOU

Im***********:

millions of women are brushing their teeth frantically just in case lol

Jo************:

I wonder how long the line was to talk to her after the show

Jo******:

I left my "Uppers" in a container of; "Polyfizz" all night.
that's all I got...wait a second....

Pi************:
Seems like the pig guy should wear rubber gloves. just sayin.

Cu************************:

Her face is adorable omg she's like the most entertaining person ever

La***********:
She reminds me of Jodie Foster. Her humor and the way she speaks.

The pig segment was disgusting, gross.

Ge**********:
The more she tries to remain serious, the funnier she got.
She’s really only a hopscotch
away from being good enough to go on the Comedy Club tour.

ka**************:

BRAVO! dont need the name, just the ph no. of the 8ft record breaker.

Gr************:
Excellent talk, I was laughing so hard.

Mo**:

If you can watch the pig scene without keeling over laughing ...good on you! :)

Ja**********:

Gosh. I wish I was raised in a home where talking openly about body functions and body parts was normal, and I didn't develop such a taboo mindest towards these natural things...

Br*************:
Wow.... It's amazing where you can end up when you fall into the YouTube rabbit hole.

Si*******:
Love her. Her book 'Stiff' had me holding my sides in laughter but incredibly interesting and informative.

Kr********:

The most important question of all....
Why wasn't the porcine technician wearing a mask?
(Daddy, is that you on YouTube....?)

Ja*******:

I feel like I get half way there when I clean my ears.

Cl************:
I'm supposed to be doing my forensics homework from last week..

Ra*************:

It was all I could do not to post insensitive, crass, self-perceived-as-funny comments, but I wanna remain classy. Great video, informative too.

Ca**********:
Hilarious video! The lady was delightful!

La**:
Wtaf did I just watch??!
Just a typical day at the office for that dude, no big deal...

ke*********:
Bloody hell, that guy can shoot further than i can jump lol. Anyhow, I wounder what the 'high jump' would be like.

DE**:

Hiccups: One successful method that I've developed, is using hyperventilation. Rapid, rhythmic repetitive breathing at a fast rate (I push my patients to the point of looking like a dog panting, so, a breathing rate of about 120 to 140), continued through the periodic hiccup, works as an overdrive pacemaker which resets the breathing process. You can't just stop it after the cessation of ONE hiccup, you must continue for a while afterwards, at least past two or three hiccup intervals. If you stop, and the hiccups return, you can try it again. For patients who might get lightheaded, I simply have them to this while sitting down. I'm an RN, and have cured hiccups at close to a 99% success rate over the past 30 years. No one wants to believe me, doctors like to give medicines rather than try this. So I stopped asking, and just treat the patient in triage. Then they go home, refusing any further treatment, because, well, they don't feel that they need it.

[TED] We gathered comments about popular videos and looked at them in summary, including play time, and order of popularity.

It's a good video or channel, but if you're sad because it's too long, please leave a YouTube channel or video link and I'll post it on this blog.
