UPDATE: I followed this with my boyfriend it's been a month now, He lost around 8kg and I lost around 10kg, the key here is to be persistent and stuff, at first you don't feel like you lose any weight at all but just keep doing it and you can see the results! We went to do some home workouts at least 3 times a week to speed up our weightloss and ofcourse the diet and water drinking is super essential to reaching your goal, starving yourself tho is never an option, just let your body lose the weight step by step!

I never post in comment sections because I usually am the one reading but I do want to say, I have had a really hard time joining the keto community and changing my lifestyle to be keto based for so long. Especially because I never knew where to get started and it was such a drastic change from my old lifestyle (heavy carbs, low consumption of dairy, etc.) I also never want to endorse or promote something I havent tried and havent seen results with because thats just scammy behavior but Custom Keto Diet literally made it sooooo much easier for me and actually got me started and I've lost 13 pounds in 2 months, which isn't great for a lot of people but for someone like me, having so much trouble in the beginning it really helped and I wanted to share.
