When microwaves first appeared, I was told they heated up food from the inside out. Then this was, supposedly, corrected and that they heat up from the outside inwards, I've checked with potatoes and after a minute in the microwave, they're hot on the outside and still cold in the middle.
Now, @3:45, he's saying that the grapes were heating up from the inside, outwards.
It's a bit like that old song, The Hokey Pokey. In out, in, out you shake it all about.
So which is it. Cooking from the out, in or the in, out?
