Hope you feel better soon man, it pains to see you in hospital hooked up to a bunch of tubes. But you're a tough cookie and you've been through a lot before so I know you can pull through this too. I'm glad to hear it's nothing life threatening anyway.

Also people seem to think all the dislikes are from haters but they could also be from people who care deeply about him and dislike seeing him in hospital or in pain. I mean it DOES sound weird to say "I liked a video showing Mark in hospital"
