I watched this video everytime I exercise,, however I became pavlovs dog, every time I hear the intro of this video I feel pain(cus it's tiring to do all the exercies...
This eventually lead me to stop doing them

Points to keep in mind -
Don't start exercising if you're not used to it, you will hurt yourself. (Experience)
First Warm up !
Plus if you have weak knees then don't push yourself too much.
You can start doing push ups against the wall first if you're a newbie.
Make sure to stretch your muscles first.
I think you can do the forth exercise if you don't have knee problem, go slow and steady.
Jumps are really easy, but they strains your energy fast, so take break and repeat, choose your goals and start according to your body strength.
Consistency is the key ! Good Luck !
