I feel like Triple Threat is the most canonical ending. The author deliberately made Ellie and Charles so likable, so it makes sense that they would end up together. Also this is the only ending where the pun "Completing the Mission" is used, by Charles, further hinting that this is the real ending!

Hey Markiplier, I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but 5 years ago I ended up at Pax South in San Antonio.
Someone said you, Bob, and Wade were there and I had no idea you guys were even coming.
To be honest I was brought to the con by a few friends and had never been to a gaming convention so I was excited at the thought of meeting you in my city.
Sadly, by the time I got my badge and ran over to the meet and greet line, security had to block it off because it was enormous.
I waited there for maybe 4 or 5 hours on the sidelines with about 7 other people in hopes that we could maybe get an autograph or just say hi to you before you left.
Never have I had this happen since then but you actually came over to us after you finished with the line of people, stumbling over all the boxes of Cheez-Its and other gifts people brought for you to talk to us one at a time.
I got way too much time to talk to you imo and you even filmed a small intro video for my channel and gave me channel advice that has helped me immensely before you, Bob, and Wade signed something for me.
You guys were exhausted and clearly ready to get something to eat and pass out in your hotel and yet you guys did all that.
No one, NO ONE, has ever been that nice in the YouTube community towards me and people still can’t believe that story when I tell it.

I just wanted to thank you, Bob, and Wade for that after all these years.
I was a fan then and I’m a fan now.

Henry's Plan: Hijack the rocket by taking out the captain, while Ellie ties the Captain down, I'll set a new course and turn the Rocket on to Auto-Pilot. Charles, while all this is happening, fly as far up as you can while staying beneath the rocket. There should be an area for us to jump out of in the captains area, when me and Ellie say it, Turn off your helicopters fan blades and we'll jump down into the helicopter. As soon as we get in, turn back on the Blades and pull up, since we should've lost lots of air while you turned the fan blades off.
