MY EXPERIENCE: Doing this every night before I go to bed:
DAY 1. Lots of pain and pretty tired. Not a difference but pretty motivated

lol hi, i stopped doing this, but if you want your face to get slimmer in a natural way; drink water, eat healthy, don’t look down, do a few face exercises and that should help fine :)

For everyone wondering if this works or not it does. I have been doing this for 4 months now and seen major results. My cheeks on the 4th month mark has slimmed dramatically, jaw line present, and slimmer neck. I can see my face have v shape. The problem most of the time you expect instantaneous results when this is a process that will take time. Like most delayed gratification we sometimes have to do something we don’t like and in the long term it pays off. Be careful when you tell yourself something because your thoughts can become the reality you create that isn’t true. Don’t fall into I can’t see it or it’s not working. Be patient. If you do it right it will work. It may also need to be accompanied by other exercises such as cardio. People are skeptical about this and I was too, but trust me it does work. It was well worth trying and putting the effort. I been taking videos from when I started and see significant difference. Just do it! What do you have to lose? We all deserve to glow up.

For future references I will update this monthly as I have it written on my calendar.

day 1: my face feels weird and there’s obviously no results,i’m also using other videos to see if i get results quicker

While I was doing these exercises, my dad was staring at me as if thinking “is this really my child?”

Doing this for 2 weeks. Hopefully it works all the other ones didn't work.
Day: 1 My neck kinda hurts and the time went by really slow but I can already feel a slight difference.
Day: 2 My neck still hurts but I am not giving up. I don't really see a difference yet. Obviously
Day: 3 still no difference but it is getting easier each day.
Day: 4 I had no time to do it but I will keep on track
Day: 5 just 3 more days for a week of this exercise fully. I can't wait.
