This is an easy ass job. Just go slow and follow procedures carefully. Before you unscrew the nut @ 2:15 take some white-out and mark where the old tie rod nut was sitting on the rod. This way when you put the new one on you will know how how far forward/back to screw it back on.

I called a shop to get a quote to change both inner and out tie rods and ends on my 95 F-250 daily driver, they wanted over $1,000 before tax. I bought the parts for $140 plan on doing it this weekend thanks to Chrisfix. I've learned most of what I know about cars from Chrisfix and Eric The Car Guy.
