if you do this for a few weeks you can get abs, it worked for me but i stopped and gained all my fat back so im doing it again. just do a set of 10 pushups take a break, do 9, then 8, then 7, then 6, and so on. it works (:

If you are just starting to work out, I would reccomend not looking for advice on channels that are focused on everything and anything. They just explain it quickly and without giving so much attention to anything. There a lot of channels that are specificaly about health and you will learn so much more and won't feel so lost and confused. They will tell you what to do to achive your exact goal. These are good exercises, but nobody said for example, what it does to your body, what else you should do to be healthy (and you shuld), form in detail and so on. I just wanted to give some advice, as someone who has been there and I'm not saying thet there's anything wrong with this channel, I just think there are a lot more better places to get your information from. Also it's never a good idea to listen to just one source. Research a bit more, and there will be a whole world of #healthylife in front of you.
