I just came from Roster Teeth "Surgeon Simulator: A&E Anniversary Edition Trophy Guide" around 25:43 on that video, so, apparently they do some research and made thophies out of Youtube Videos... and it seems Pewds now has one in his honor, Wow! :3

The sad fact is that you have to leave "Bob" die while holding the new heart near where it has to go in, then while playing the sad music the heart would fall and the trophy will pop out. Genius Pewds strikes again XD
