You guys I never do this but like I tried this and no joke it worked so well!! Ofc I didn’t get completely fit lol I mean I was at 215 and I went down to 195 in that month! The difference my waist and back showed was crazyy! I’m def doing this again since I’m down to 180 now good luck to everyone! (I’m a 5’8 girl btw lol)

I find it REALLY hard to believe tht planks alone can flatten the stomach, yet most youtube exercise channels swear by it! I'd like to know who can actually do a plank for 240 secs! Yeah, sure..doubt it!
