EVERYONE knows when someone offers to purchase something they will start lower than what they will actually get to.i had my motorcycle for sale for 4k (i would go no lower than 3400) the guy offered 3k. so i figured he really would go to 3.5k so we ended up at that. everyone knows the game and how it works
