Using slow motion we can see he changes card(2:16) and sometimes the direction of the bag even changes ,look at his finger movements not at the card deck. ......(4:22)- at first he holds the bag with card with his index finger , later when he shows the signed card in bag ..... he is holding the bag with middle finger ......there was already a" 2 of Diamonds"(signed card) beside the first card "10 of spade ", he just turn the bag oneside to other using the fingers(if u want try it with a paper even)............"now if u wonder how he had " 2 of diamonds "inside bag which it was in his mouth got disappeared"...... ACTUALLY there were 2 different "2 of diamonds "..... u can screenshot the one which he was holding in the mouth (4:13)and the other which he it appeared in the bag (4:24), actually the SIGNS ARE DIFFERENT .

This coronavirus lockdown made me analyze this video over and over again. For 2 months, I've studied this frame by frame. And now I'm back here commenting because I finally figured it out.
Notice when he asked Howie to sign the card? That's the give away. It was at that very moment that I realized I just wasted my time trying to figure this out because this dude is obviously a real sorcerer.
