It would be a perfect song for me if I could delete all the parts about a mother saying or doing anything positive. My mother always told me that I was trash, worthless, and a nobody. My earliest memory is when I was 5 years old and we ran into a group of her friends. My mother made fun of me, in front of her friends, because my shoes were untied and I didn't know how to tie my shoes. No one had ever taught me. One of her friends felt bad for me and, right there and then, she knelt down on the sidewalk and taught me. Those four women were never friends with my mother after that incident. My mother then blamed me for losing her friends.
