My sister has the “perfect body” and I’m forced to be like her small stomach, small legs etc. And I just have no encouragement to lose weight.

As soon as i saw....."LAUGH MORE"...i started laughing and now everyone in the room thinks that I am crazy.....

So I bought these dumbbells and I have this thing about sitting in front of my laptop to watch Netflix or Hulu (I'm a cheapskate who doesn't want to pay almost twice my current internet bill for satellite TV), what I'll do is sit down with a meal and angle my laptop so that I can watch a show while eating with my plate. Then I'll have cards numbered one through three in front of me. I'll sit here and lift the dumbbells around 10 to 15 times and then grab, say, card 1 and place it in front of me to let myself know I did the first set of the lifts. The three sets of something I adopt from my times at physical therapy. I don't know if it's working yet as I only just started doing this but I'll post if it does. Something else my physical therapist had me try was something like a resistance kind of thing. Like she had me sit down and lift my foot so that my leg was straight and then slowly lower my foot back to rest on the floor, something it's supposed to help me better build muscle during each workout. I hope this helps any and all who read it if you're doing workouts.
