I hate the fact that people aren't giving ARTPOP a chance she is a risk taker and i love her for that but society is so acustomed to mainstream pop and autotune that people dont care about the voice and trying something different so what im saying is that years from now people would be like I love the ARTPOP era for trying something different

Can I just say that I love that she did this album. It's very different. I have not heard an album this diverse in a really long time. The fact that it's diverse shows that she's extremely creative. The fact that she's stepping up and saying NO Society I am not just pop I don't fit in one genre of music. Whether people want to face it or not Lady Gaga is a PRIME example of a GOOD artist. Yeah some of her songs are pretty craptastic if you ask me but then there are other songs that just really blow me away with Gaga. That's an artist. No one is going to be perfect I'm just happy and it gives me hope that there are still extremely creative artists out there when bands and artists have diverse albums. 
This is the first Lady Gaga album that I have liked every single song on it.

People who are not in the music business do not understand but there IS a concentrated attack on Lady Gaga and this CD release.  Notice the articles out there are all cut and paste jobs coming from the haters at The EXAMINER.  Notice the same posts by the same people on multiple boards and article forums.  Someone's getting PAID to post bad SPIN on this CD.

Can someone please explain to me why people say that ARTPOP was an ARTFLOP???

Im a Lady Gaga fan since 2008 but I dont involve myself with the community of her fans and search for others opinion about her albums before when I was a kid. I just listen to everything she releases and learn to love it by my own. When artpop came out I was only 15 and I fell in love with its sound, message and also the visuals of the music videos. I akways listen to it everytime wayback then up until now. It was a work of art and I could say that it's one of my favorite album of Gaga that's why I was so confused, heartbroken and somehow dissapointed to learn JUST NOW that there are a lot of HATE with ARTPOP when it came out. Like why do people not love it before? I don't understand why they say that it flopped when for me it soar above her past albums.
