I may not have leaf springs on my car, but atleast knowing how to fix rusted parts is great knowledge to have when i inevitably attempt to restore the car.

$100 spark plug change with proper gap
$400 coilover install
$ 700 a/c compressor install plus recharge
$120 making sure my air fuel sensor was good
$600 replacing my brakes and rotors
$400 restoring my headlights instead of getting new ones
$80 replacing my belt
Bottomline i am looking forward to the new shirts !

as a knifesmith i want to say: put your broken leafsprings on the internet, they are really nice steel for knifemaking so you can probaly catch 30-40 bucks if you sell them a beginning smith.

And today I'm going to show you how to replace
your leaf springs, your leaf spring shackles and

your leaf spring mounting brackets in your truck or SUV.
Basically any vehicle that uses leaf springs, after you're

done watching this video, you'll be able to replace
all of this at home and save yourself a ton of money.

I'm also going to show you how to replace the leaf spring
bushings because most of the time your leaf springs are good.

The only time they're not good is if they're physically damaged
like if they're rusted out or if your suspension is sagging.

In those cases, you will have to replace the leaf spring, but most
cases, you just need to replace the bushing and in order to do that,

you press the old bushing out and you press the new bushing
in easier said than done, but I have a lot of tips and tricks,

I'll show you how to do that, so
you could get that done properly.
