I recommend that he perform a song that connects with America's hearts. His competition touched many hearts with their performances, some getting golden buzzers as a result. He will need to approach this competition differently and also has the challenge of not performing directly in front of the judges & the audience.

Me and Sheldon went to the same highschool. Sheldon was bullied constantly because he was different. To quote one of our teachers "I'm so proud of him, I thought he was going to be another statistic" I'm so glad he's doing well

The way he didn't give any introduction or didn't have a sob story. He told a story through his performance and that's what's great.

Sheldon has got EVERYTHING needed to become a STAR. His voice, stage presence and performances in both seasons of The Voice Australia were above and beyond any of the other competitors. Unfortunately, Boy George was wrong about, “How much Australia had completely changed”. It hasn’t. Sheldon being gay, in my opinion, is the only reason he did not win either season. Australia sadly has not changed at all, in being capable of looking past their hang-ups, on this issue of a person. I fear Sheldon’s saying, “Of landing in the U.S., he’s realized how accepting everyone is and open to difference”, hasn’t led him to be wrong about that, as George was with Australia. The U.S. is currently in it’s biggest conflict against difference, than it has ever been, in my belief, since the ending of Segregation. I ask all of you who read this, to Please, put your differences on sexuality to the side for now and acknowledge the Talent that this young man has/is and judge him on that ONLY. Allow yourself to treat him FAIRLY, on his Talent. The brain may say, I don’t know. The gut may say, I can’t. Allow your heart to say, go ahead, give it a try. If everybody can do this, Sheldon can become the Star that he is and deserves to be. The people of U.S. will prove to be capable of what Australians were incapable of. Thank You. I kind of wish, Sheldon went the The Voice U.S., first. I have concerns if AGT is the right platform for him. I hope I am wrong about that.

I've fallen in love with this kid. I e been following him for 2 years or so, and he just keeps getting better. Personally I loved the makeup, costumes and theatrics...but I also loved how he has become comfortable with himself and evolved.....yet not lost sight of his heart. I'd give anything to meet him and just talk, and get to know him. I'm 57 almost 58. I've got a very eclectic taste in music from pentatonix, and Lindsey stirling to kenny Wayne shepherd, to luke bryan...but sheldon is definitely my go to video when I'm in a soulful mood. I love him
