Know who you are, and what's most important to you... let your values be your compass. Acknowledge who we are; our successes and our shadows. Resist the urge to disqualify people, but revere those who persevere; those who remain calm in a storm and embrace their shadows. The most common way we give our way our power is thinking we don't have any. Leaders are not born; they are made through values, virtues, principles, and character. Lead from within in order to empower others to stand in their truth and to speak in their power. Leadership exists in each of us.
