After Dany saves Jon, he screams Bran! And she says go. For the remainder of the episode all Jon is trying to so is get to the garden to save Bran and if you pay close attention, the ice Dragon is strictly guarding the garden where Bran and the Night King are. Jon tried multiple times to sprint past the dragon to no avail. Stuck behind the rock, you can see Jon is clearly looking at something/someone (Arya); it makes sense that he wouldn't make too crazy facial expressions; when he walked past Sam and friends getting attacked earlier he barely bat an eye. Moments later, Jon Snow stands up to face the dragon and yells "GOOOO GO GO" to Arya as he is creating a distraction. 10 seconds later, the NK's general feels a breeze which is Arya "the silent assassin" sprinting by. THAT'S ATTENTION TO DETAILS !

The Night King VS Jon Snow, the duel that was promised but never made it, not even the White walkers fought in a single duel in this battle, whata hell HBO!?!?!?!?

Also, you forgot to mention that Rhaegal (the green dragon) is still alive because he's in the next episodes trailer!

I work in the management field for this show. I've seen almost everyone get aggravated over what has happened but this is what the future awaits for the show. SPOILERS FROM THE END OF GAME OF THRONES.






Bran wasn't going to get killed, the night king was giving Bran the sword to kill him (which is the reason we don't see The night king actually about to swing his sword, just pulling it out instead) but Arya killed him instead (which is the reason she was able to get passed everyone in the first place, for the story ark) she gets possessed with the energy and she ends up ruling, replacing cersei (explaining the prophecy from the witch as a child) Jon snow is then the one who saves the day knotting up with the Prince that was promised. +main character deaths and shocks but I won't go into too much detail yet that's the overall story ark.
