That is what I call music and a singer. Am I the only one who think that she can sing everything ? she is far away from those pop singer with no talent on stage (that why lot of them sing in playback). She is a star and a siinger and i respect a for a talent. I don't say that she is the only singer who can sing cause Beyoncé, Adele, celine dion and Shy'm can also sing without playback. No one seems to understand that she did this not as a career move, but as a personal thing. She didn't do this to increase her success, she did this because her and Tony made music together and she wants to share it with the world. This album is not a critical work. She will not lose money because of it. She will not fall into the woodwork because of it, like so many other artists have because they released bad music(not implying the album will be bad. I personally like it so far) and it didn't succeed when they needed it to. She didn't ask you to like this. She didn't ask anybody anything, nor did she tell anybody anything, other than "Tony and I created music together, and we want you to have it." If you do not want to listen to it, then go listen to her pop albums. You won't die. Trust me. And neither will she.

Leí está frase en un sitio de 5ta donde, obviamente, eran detractores de Gaga y utilizaban la frase de manera despectiva. Yo voy a tomarla y usarla de manera positiva "Cheek to Cheek es un capricho lleno de talento y genialidad", el capricho de alguien que quiere, y mejor aún, PUEDE hacerlo. No cualquiera es capaz de salir de la comodidad del "pop genérico" para cantar algo tan difícil como el Jazz y aún así salir bien parado. Obviamente Cheek to Cheek JAMÁS será #1 en el top pero ¿Cuando lo ha sido un disco de Jazz? Por más fans que tenga un artista, la realidad es que no a todos les gusta este género. Y está bien. I am truly disappointed at some of the monsters that are talking shit smh. This is music for the soul not the charts. She is the most talented woman in this entire world that voice was made for jazz music. I love Lady Gaga and everything she does. No soy fan de gaga pero si me gusta alguna que otra cancion de ella pero en especial esta etapa de gaga en la que esta un poco mas involucrada en el jazz y no en su musica pop para todas las locas, me esta encantando, siento que se acerca mas a su lado artistico, que demuestra mas sensibilidad al momento de cantar e interpretar, lo unico malo es que se que sera solo una etapa y tendra que regresar al pop comercial de siempre porque muchos de sus fans estan acostumbrados a pop barato y no amplian su repertorio musical; ya se que muchos diran que hasta escuchan musica clasica y hacerse los interesantes pero la verdad es que si fuera asi llegaria a los primeros lugares de popularidad estas canciones compradas por sus fans pero la realidad es que lo que ustedes quieren es un judas un bad romance un poker face y bailar las coreografias y sentirse lady gaga jajaja, pero muy bien por gaga.
