As a DC fan, and not the biggest fan of the MCU, even I got to admit that marvel is killing it with their Netflix series. Best superhero tv shows of all time.

Iron Fist is my favourite superhero and when this was announced, I had trouble believing it was actually happening since he's not the most widely known of superheros but the fact he's getting his own series, not movie but series... I am so god damn happy right now and him soon to be teaming up with Daredevil, Jessica Jones and his ol' buddy/partner Luke Cage is just the icing the cake, it's a good day for Iron Fist fans, Marvel fans in general really, Netlfix generously gave us more than enough... how nice :-D wonder if they have his fist glow, theories will be for a later date, thank god we at least get Luke Cage in September, sorry I rambled, just wanted this for a while and I love the recognisable imagery from his origin already

Danny Rand: So, what has happened since I was gone.
Bill Hao: Well you know that celebrity Tony Stark. He's a superhero called Iron Man.
Danny: Iron, huh.
Bill: Yeah also a man turned into a green monster, Thor exists, and Captain America came back alive. The government Shield had 2 agents named Black Widow and Hawkeye and they call themselves the Avengers.

Man you missed so much. There was a terrorism scandal with Iron Man, The Hulk and this other monster destroyed Harlem, a son of a former inventor tried to kill Tony Stark, Thor came down and events led a town to be demolished, and we found out Captain America is still alive and young.
The Avengers fought an alien attack that killed many people
The President got kidnapped in the middle of a terrorist war.
Thor's enemies called the Dark Elves tried to destroy the universe.
The Shield Agency was infiltrated by terrorists and almost killed a big part of the world's population.
There's a vigilante called Daredevil who went to war with many criminals in Hell's Kitchen.
There was a mind-controlling superhuman that led many people to either die, get raped, or do whatever he wants but was killed by a woman named Jessica Jones.
Tony Stark created a robot that led the whole world to be almost destroyed. The world is fine but a lot of people died in Sokovia.
There was discoveries of Technology that makes people shrink.
There is an invasion of superhumans called Inhumans who could be good or bad.
The Avengers had a war among themselves over a law that superhumans must submit themselves to be under the government's law called the Sokovia Accords, or as I like to call it the Superhuman Registration Act.
There was a rogue Inhuman that has gone bizerk but can manipulate Earth objects.
There's a bulletproof man fighting crime in Harlem.
And the world literally turned upside down, right side of, and inside out at the same time because of some kind of magic force.
And that's when you came in.
Danny: Damn, all those things happened when I was gone.
Bill: Yup. I wonder what's next?
Danny: You'll see?
Bill: Huh?
Danny: Never mind.
