Assuming the chain is long enough to allow the weight to reach the ground with no tension, they should reach the ground at the same time as acceleration due to gravity is always ~9.81 m/s^2 on Earth

The chained mass will hit the ground first, because the system's center of mass is lower to start and higher at the end. Gravity acts at the center of mass, and therefore it requires less time to fall.

I'm not speak english, so first sorry for my mistakes.

When you drop it you can consider it's experiment 0g force, so I think the weight of the chain won't affect the weight's fall. Conclusion, the same time.

Both will land at the same time because they are both the same weight. The chain will speed it up but then slow it down. The free weight will slowly increase speed catching up with the one with the chain.
