How can I describe what I have just viewed

Truly wonderful content here, I highly recommend it, and its not at all about picking your nose, she is just scratching.
The HARD PART is getting your mind quiet enough to watch this, listen to this fully, without your brain distracting you by every other little thought of what you have to accomplish today. Breathe and allow yourself to really absorb THIS.

Re*****:

Gratitude is a feeling that lifts up our level of energy so that we could also be a blessing for others. And there is an incredible amount of things we could be grateful for... to start we just need to remember all those things we often take for granted...
Grateful for this talk.

My favorite Ted Talks of all time, I wonder if the Benedictine monk Brother David Steindl-Rast is still alive?  He has a wonderful voice and the virtue of one who speaks and acts truly about his own feelings, beliefs, thoughts. Very touching and beautiful!!  Thank you I listen to this often :)

Ro*******:
Very powerful clip. Thank you! We must never lose sight of the beauty and goodness that surrounds us. Though there is negativity and violence around the world, there is much more good. What we focus on expands. We need more people to be focused on peace, compassion, abundance, beauty, gratitude, unity, respect for our awesome diversity and hope. We are energetic beings. When we are focused on good things, we are generating positive energy into the world and that is what the world needs more than ever!

Yo***:
Life, so beautifully simple. The amazing thing is that we are life. There is no need to chase life and 'live' life. Just be here right now and let life run through you.

no******:
The eyes were none too dry after this one . . . what beauty.

za*********:

I see and appreciate the beauty of nature on a daily basis and find it very comforting. However, the people I see all day long seem to be struggling and suffering one way or another. Guess the "good" must be balanced with the "bad", I am thankful for what my senses allow me to perceive.

Ma*****************:
I'm grateful I spent the last 10 minutes watching/listening to this presentation.  Beautiful, inspiring words of wisdom.  Thank you.

Ro********:

"We protect what we fall in love with" Loved that part.

sw*****:
Most of us go through life just thinking all of this is normal and take it for granted. When you stop and really think about it, this is all so amazing, and everything we have- from laughter to our bodies to free will and even down to little things like chairs- being able to sit upright so easily- should be appreciated. It's essential to actually FEEL grateful though. Think of anything, and then think of if it didn't exist. That sometimes helps me to FEEL the gratefulness. I've at times tapped into a new level of consciousness and awareness of how amazing this all is, and it's an incredible feeling!

An***********:
I am a very visually oriented person. I see a lot of things that others don't, I find beauty in things that others only see as ugly.I am an artist, and work with many different mediums. I especially love working with colours.
When I see a colour, I see the colours that make that colour. For example, when seeing green, I see the base, which is blue and from there I see what percentage of yellow was used to make that shade of green. Then can tell how much white or black was used if any, to determine how light or dark the colour may be. This is not something that was taught to me. In fact, I've never taken an art class in my life. And I have never limited myself to just one medium. I will see a medium and/or what someone could do with it, and if it intrigues me, I will just start doing it. Of course the longer you practice something, the better you get at it. Photography is one of my favorite.... Instant gratification these days. And the sky is one of my fav subjects, and night time is awesome ie, the moon.
