Top Comments : [TED] How we must respond to the coronavirus pandemic | Bill Gates

Ha************:

It's fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure - Bill Gates

Li*******:

18 October 2019 just so happens to be the date of Event 201 as well as the first day of the 2019 Military World Games in Wuhan.

ma*********:
Put London real ted talk back wtf

no****:

That smirk the whole time

Jo*****:
We don’t have a 1918 pandemic, However, what we have here is 1984.. Wake up people!

De*******:
Look at his eyes, it feels like he is reading out of a script.

V*:
Bill's house sure has a lot of windows

St************:
I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for the shady editing an chopping of some of his answers in this interview

je*******:

I read from many articles that Bill Gates doesn't really care about dealing with people. I can see from his facial expression now. WTF

Ro******:

Bill actually smiles like that professor who has all the answers.

Je*******:
I just can’t wrap my head around why we are listening to him. I would think we would want to talk to “medical” experts? Like the one gentleman stated he is almost giddy when expressing his views.

Ma*********:
ISAIAH 13 :14 this scripture is for bill and his team and family

Ke***********:

Who died and made Gates leader of the world?

Am*******:

All the people reading through the comments. Be safe

Kh*********:
What an incredible interviewer. Smart, empathetic, very well informed, and lets his damn guest talk. Kudos sir. Kudos.

da**********:
34:15 basically "papers please" if you don't have that certificate, they're going to force you to get vaccinated in order to do anything or go anywhere. As far as I know, this man doesn't even have a medical assistant degree so why do they keep asking him for his opinion on public health policy?

Le**********:

I am suprised that Mr Gates didn't mention Event 201, which his foundation is sponsored in October 2019, who's lessons learned predicted the exact problems we are experiencing now.

EM*****:

WHY doesn't he want people to have antibodies?! "We don't want to have a lot of recovered patients" - WHY? It makes no sense.

BL**********:
Doctor Strange: I can predict the future

Bill Gates: Lets see about that...

ar*************:
Bill Gates: “Tried to tell y’all.”

sy****:

Take a serious look at the strategies used in Korea as a truly effective response to COVID-19.

du*****:
2015: We're not ready for the next epidemic
2020: We're still not f**king ready yet
2030: oh, well...

Da***********:

The only problem this guy has is that he breathes too often

Za********:

Thoughts and hellos to everyone staying in. The internet can be a wonderful tool.

al******:
Now when I look at Bill Gates, I see a meme with his face and the words: "I TOLD YOU SO".

Ma***:

Bill has a model of COVID-19 and a clay money saving pot in his room which shows balance between economy and pandemic ;-)

An**********:

We are fighting 2 pandemics., Covid 19, and
Evil.

Di**********************:

Interviewer: “did we all listen to that warning?”
Bill: “basically, No!”
Me:

Jo************:

Who had already seen his 2015 TED Talk before coming here? OGs

Ma**********:
I am surprised they didn't ask anything about the simulation of a pandemic that they ran in 2019 well before this breakout.
