Ma************:

What a lady she is!! A bow to her courage and will power. "When you walk the talk people believe you"

Sr*******:
That accent though...Loved it

Ra********:

Thank you for representing the Arabs and for being so ambitious and strong!

Ca**************:
that was beautiful!

Da**********************:
May El Khalil you are a great inspiration to every one that has a dream, you have achieve so much even after that terrible accident, hope you continue to make you'r dream a reality.

xC*******:
What an inspiring woman !

Da********:
Why am i just now finding out about this??? this is GENIUS. i wanna help plan the next one

Ci********:
Ideas like these are great.
How can people work on big issues like political reform if we can not even look at the other person because of unjustified hatred.
Build a common ground then maybe we can discuss peacefully how to deal with these issues.

Ad************:

I am doing a test about this

Al********:
Amazing woman! She shows how all you need is will power and you can achieve anything. Respect.

Ph*******:

Hypocrisy alert!

ma********:
Her heart is in the right place..but practically..this is dream land.  When people have opposing world views...there will always be war.  That is hard core realism.  People shouldn't have to kill each other..but there will be conflict.  Some people are literally possessed by the diabolical and need to be stopped.
ISIL is a perfect example.  Try inviting them for a run or a cup of tea.

Na********:
you are stronge woman and You are an example of courageous Arab women. I hope to be part of your association

it************:

I'm on a Ted Talk Marathon! I've seen 15+ today but have not heard Ted Talk once! What gives? This is just false advertising! I'm calling The Better Business Bureau! Ted you'll be hearing from my lawyer before I hear you talk!

Da*************:

A beautiful woman, both inside and outside. Inspiring speech.

Ed*******:

funny the people who talk most about peace (muslims and arabs)
are the number one reason for hate and war.

mi******************:
it's never too late. and besides, now you've met me:)

el************:
wow

DC*****:
Even Housewives ????

Ha**********:
inspiring !

13*:

Is there anyone who is forced to watch this TED Talk as a Chinese freshman

mi******************:

your comment would have held much more weight if you had said that yourself, instead of prefacing it with 'i agree with you'.. because he didn't know what he was talking about.

Ju*****:

How many Shias compared to Sunnis bombed places? How can I call for unity when the Sunnis control most of the Middle East and they also want to control Lebanon, Syria and they want to disempower Iran because it supports the two. Why do the Sunnis hate Hezbollah even though it defended Lebanon against Israel, the country that Sunni Gulf countries claim to hate so much? I'll support unity when Sunnis stop discriminating against Shias and when they stop destroying countries where Shias have power.

Be***********:

you need courage to figth and to make the war as many invaders or conquerants developped a lot of courage
you need more courage to make the peace in the way of MrsEl Khalid did it !

If********:
Where is the "impressed by anger" wow I can't blv you concluded all of that by a little one-sentence comment. ANyways I agreed to one of his comments that says "There is a part of the Lebanese population that just live in peace with each other regardless of everything" its as simple as this! voila!

Gr*************:

I forgot to mention people those lobbies pay to troll on the internet.

Ha*************:

Peace demands solutions, but we never reach living solutions; we only work toward them. A fixed solution is, by definition, a dead solution. The trouble with peace is that it tends to punish mistakes instead of rewarding brilliance.

mi******************:

your comment rrreeks of resignation. and despair. peace is the goal. it is something to aim towards. just like tolerance, kindness and respect.

Ma***********:

Everyone wants peace. It's just the terms and conditions of peace that people war over.

th***************:
I liked the part where she said the more that you run the more ambitious you become, or something to that effect, it made me come back to this video, make a comment, and like it. Go May Go!

Le*********:

Sports are the best way for competition between countries. Not wars.

ha************:
Outstanding

If********:

Yup thats what I said "I agree with you" about the part I told you about and "Shit is everywhere" meaning media. Anyways I know what I said so whatever! that still has nothing to do with your fighting comments and thank you for proving my point now have a nice life sir and let me enjoy mine.

ji*****:

How do you define divine? Here is a good example! We need to make the change to the positive, I hope I could have even in a second the same power this lady has!

mi******************:
it wasn't out of anger. the meaning of life hasn't changed.. it's still to grow and to improve and to love and to spread joy. don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

Ho***:

countries are no individuals dude...
a sentence like "country Xyz is lying" is illogical to its core.

Si**:

when a war starts, the amount of time in which you can say one side is guilty and the other is not is very short. It's been a very long war, and that makes sure that both sides are guilty. Both sides have killed. Things are often complicated, not as simple as they seem. This one doesn't even seem simple.

Da**********:

are you saying that the title of this video is referring to a once-a-year gunshot being purposely directed towards runners participating in a marathon?

ma********:
Got to love the woman who jumped early for standing ovation.  Sad but true,
